How much Mountain House food is needed for a one year supply

Hi this is Tim Hodges the webmaster at Forest City Surplus Canada. I regularly get asked by Canadian survivalists how much Mountain House #10 cans of freeze dried food cans would be required to survive for 1 year?

This amount of food should give you 1300-1400 calories a day so it will be light eating, but enough survival food to keep you alive.
